1About these terms
These terms apply when you use tracelet.ai (the “site”), including when you submit the design partner enquiry form. The site is operated by Insighture(“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2The site is not the product agreement
These terms cover the website only. Access to the Tracelet platform, including any design partner pilot, is provided under a separate written agreement between your organisation and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
3Design partner enquiries
When you submit the enquiry form:
- You confirm the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them, including your company’s name.
- You are asking us to get in touch. Submitting the form does not create a partnership, a contract or any obligation on either side.
- We review each enquiry and decide whether the programme is a fit. We may decline an enquiry, and places on the programme are limited.
- The programme details shown on the site, such as a three-month pilot and a single-tenant deployment in your cloud, describe how it usually works. The specific scope, duration, support and any fees are set in the written agreement.
- Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form. Anything sent before a confidentiality agreement is in place is not treated as confidential.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you submit.
4Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
- Submit false enquiries, spam, or automated or bulk submissions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or interfere with how it works, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it.
- Scrape or copy the site at scale, or use its content to build a competing product.
- Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection with an organisation.
If you believe you have found a security issue on the site, please report it to support@tracelet.ai rather than testing it further.
5Content and examples on the site
The site describes Tracelet for general information. Product screens, workflows, names, figures and scenarios on the site are illustrative, unless we clearly say otherwise. They show how the product is designed to work and are not a commitment that any particular feature, result or level of protection will be available in your environment.
The incident library summarises publicly reported events for education. It is not legal or security advice. Certification and compliance status is described on our Security and privacy page, and we will not claim a certification we do not hold.
Tools on the site, such as the shadow AI assessment, give general guidance based on what you enter. They are not a professional audit.
6Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Tracelet name, belong to Insighture or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for your own information and for evaluating Tracelet. You may not copy, modify or republish its content for other purposes without our written permission. Other product names and logos on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.
7Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about Tracelet through the site or by email, we may use them to improve our products without owing you anything for them. Feedback given as part of a design partner pilot is covered by your written agreement instead.
8Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as insighture.com and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11Changes to the site and these terms
We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Insighture, the operator of the site, is established. Disputes are handled by the courts of that place, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
